Somerset Olympic Tower Tianjin

Tianjin Somerset Olympic Tower service apartment, Ascott brand. This is the second time I have stayed in a hotel for many years. The lobby is not very big, the decoration is average, and the service is very good. The layout of the room is not bad, the sanitation is very good, and the sound insulation is not bad. The decoration is aging, and the air conditioner is very noisy! Without any mod cons! Breakfast is average, Japanese breakfast, not many types. On the day of check-out, I went out to do some errands, and the back door was open when I came back, and the cleaning staff were cleaning. The cleaning was not notified, and the check-out was on the same day, which is very unsafe for privacy! Call the front desk and tell her if she wants to do it, let her do it! This kind of service management is really the first time I have encountered it! The overall feeling is that the location of the hotel is very good, but in terms of management training, I can't feel the quality and cultural concept of Ascott! Hope to improve overall!

Different from other guests' comments, I think the service attitude at the front desk is very good. It's just that the cleaning lady's standard is average. The next day I met her and she changed my towel. She gave me a hand towel with long hair on it (I changed it immediately after I found out). So much so that I didn't ask her to clean the room for the next few days. After entering the room on the day of check-in, the sunset was beautiful, but the corners of the room were all gray. And a lot of hair. The water in the shower was also blocked due to hair. So I thought that instead of the cleaning lady coming to clean it roughly, I might as well do it myself. The room is a comfort room. Although there are few pictures displayed in the hotel, the price is quite affordable. However, when I actually checked in, I found that the room looked like a nanny's room separated from the suite at home. The layout is very strange, and I asked for a quiet room. Ctrip also said that the hotel had confirmed it. But there is a person who owns his own house next door with two children. The soundproofing of the hotel is average. Except for sleeping at night, it is always noisy. The price range of subsequent rooms is basically negligible. I really want to change to a normal room, but I don't trust the cleaning lady's hygiene work, so I keep staying in this room. In such a tall building, there are only three elevators (some of the lights on the top of the building are broken, which makes it quite scary at night). There is no air conditioning in the elevator yet. The elevator occasionally convulses and suddenly stops. The phone in the room was just a decoration, and the wifi was not easy to use. Later, I used a set-top box as a hotspot to get wifi. At the time of booking, this was the best rated 4.7 points among Category 4 and 5 apartment hotels in Tianjin. In just a few days, it became 4.6 points. It can be seen that the overall standard of the hotel is average. The location of the hotel is pretty good, close to the subway and close to some attractions. The electrical appliances in the room can be said to be of high quality, and there is an integrated washing machine and dryer. This is so important for Tianjin with this weather!

facility: I stayed here many years ago, and two or three years have passed in the blink of an eye. The room facilities are well maintained, and the decoration style is not outdated. One of the sinks outside the master bedroom is a bit blocked, but everything else is fine. The bed is moderately soft and hard, but the disadvantages are: the pillows are uncomfortable, the rebound is not good, the quilt is thick, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on in autumn. health: The bedding was pretty good, the bath towels and towels were a bit old, and the room was kept fresh and clean. environment: The environment in the hotel is very good, the room is large, the ceiling is high, and it doesn't look depressing. There is Luckin on the first floor, which is convenient. Serve: Relatively considerate and timely room service.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete, including apartment-style kitchen and bathroom, laundry, and refrigerator, but they are relatively old. Hygiene: Very clean, especially the bedding is very comfortable. There are some stains on the sofa Service: Room cleaning available In the second bedroom, the outer window glass was damaged in two places. It felt a bit scary. It looked like it had exploded. There must be some hidden dangers, after all, it is a high-rise building. It is recommended that the store repair it.

#citylife Right in the heart of Tianjin, you will find the ”Just Living by Savills Residence”. These are service apartments, thus you have the benefit of an Apartment feel to it, with some benefits of a Hotel. The location is prime, as you are moments away from key landmarks and attractions. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

The apartment is near the business trip company. I walk to work every day. The room has desks and chairs. The speed is OK. There is a restaurant and supermarket on the first floor. There is a big park in front of the building. It is very pleasant to walk in the park every night. The boss is very talkative and basically responsive, because the work requires high speed, the boss specially sent a network cable, a very pleasant trip.

I checked in on the sixth day of the ***** New Year in 2024. Except for poor hygiene and no small face towels, everything else was pretty good. We didn’t book a view room, but got a free upgrade to a view room. The hotel building is very high, with the highest being the 48th floor. It’s really nice to see the night view and fireworks. The front desk service is also very good. Feedback problems are solved immediately. The room is large and there is a kitchen for hot meals, which is very good. The floor is high and you can see far away, which is very good. You can go shopping downstairs, there are many convenience stores and restaurants, and the supporting facilities are complete. Overall I am satisfied.

The hotel is near my home, and I always pass by it when I come and go. This time my relatives came, so they decided to stay here. I have never been there before, and my stay here exceeded my expectations. The lady at the front desk and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The hotel is also very clean and the rooms are large. The view outside the window is great, overlooking the neighborhood. The sales manager Han Xu is super nice and will contact you immediately if you encounter any problems. The hotel is very cost-effective. I recommend it and will stay there next time!

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay during my trip to Tianjin. Even before arriving the owner was extremely helpful with directions and made sure I had everything I needed to find and access the apartment. Just a few minutes walk from the closest subway station and surrounded by small supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment itself felt like home almost instantly, the facilities are great and the owner was always available to help. If I go back to Tianjin I’ll definitely return to it.

This is the most valuable hotel I have stayed in so far, and I am not going to add one for the time being. I chose this hotel for a three-day tour of Binhai New Area. In fact, it is an apartment hotel hidden in a residential area. So live comfortably. First of all, the parking lot on the first floor can park more than a dozen cars for free. Judging from the elevator water sign, there should be an underground parking lot. In addition, the supporting facilities in the hotel are also very complete. There is a swimming pool in the basement, a gym (running three times in three days, the treadmill is very useful), a mini theater, and a simulated golf course (reservation required). The restaurant is also underground, and the breakfast is an ordinary buffet, which can be full. The most amazing thing is the guest room. We are a deluxe executive suite, which is Building No. 12 in the community, with two elevators and two households. It is very quiet and no one disturbs you. The room is actually a queen-size two-bedroom. In the living room there is a large sofa coffee table, TV (with DVD player). The open kitchen + dining room is connected to the living room, with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, and electric stove (4 stoves in total). As well as a complete set of cupboards and cabinets, as well as a complete set of tableware and knives, even washing spirits are arranged. If it weren't for the delicious and spicy food outside every day, I would like to cook by myself. The master bedroom is very large, big bed room + cloakroom + large bathroom. The second bedroom is also not small. The guest bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. The details of the house are full, and it is even equipped with a drying rack that can be set up. It's so convenient. The location of the hotel is also good, close to k11, convenient for shopping and eating. I can give at least 4.8 out of 5 points for this three-day trip to Binhai New Area, of which 2 points are for accommodation, which is perfect.
