I am very satisfied with all aspects of access to nearby parks and commercial districts, breakfast, hotel facility quality, and parking. Maybe if I come back to Aalborg, I will visit this place again.

Booked this hotel for the second time. The first time was a bad experience. This time it's the same. Very old rooms. Dirty carpets. Very badly cleaned room. The bed is not comfortable.

We stayed at Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg for business. The conference we attended took place next to the congress. The hotel has a great location. It is close to buses and trains. In total the journey to the airport takes around 20 minutes. The Hotel is really clean. It has large windows through which you can enjoy the great view of the city. The utensils such as towels are very clean. The breakfast is excellent. At the entrance there are areas where you can sit and work. There is also coffee in the same area. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. There is literally nothing I can complain about. If you really want me to find something to complain about then I would say that the pillows are too soft if you force me to complain about something :D

The hotel front desk person was extremely slow unprofessional and had a bad service attitude because she was not wearing a badge and when I asked for her name (I wanted to complain about her to the manager) she didn't tell me her name. Then I reported to the company who booked the hotel that they contacted the hotel and said that the front desk manager would contact me the next day, but they completely ignored me the next day. Really good and nice hotel. The hotel room itself shows that it has not been painted/carpeted changed for a number of years. There was a little lack of cleaning on the baseboards around and the balcony. However, the bathrooms were nice and cleaned.
The common areas were neat and modernly furnished. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it tasted heavenly. We also had a drink in their bar, which was also cozy and well decorated. In addition, it was a really good breakfast buffet.
All in all, a really good experience, and we would like to come again another time.
