When I arrived, three rooms were defective, dirty (black hair and stains everywhere) and some still had things from the previous occupant. The night porter was extremely friendly and tried his best. It finally worked with the fourth room. In total, it took 50 minutes until I had a normal room. He said he would inform the management and they would contact me, but that didn't happen. No one was informed when I checked out either. I think the hotel has serious management problems.

Facilities: The facilities are good, and it is a blue-label four-star hotel standard. The room is also relatively large and very hygienic. Good location and staff were helpful. Only trouble was the early morning banging from the nearby contruction site. Constant noise from Piling works at the nearby train/industrial yard. Only a problem on one side of the hotel. Asked to be moved which was accomodated and couldn't hear the noise from the other side. No partial refund offered as we were moved from a Junior Suite to a standard double which was poor.
