I took a room with two beds $65, the sheet on one was dirty. In the morning there is a puddle of water by the bed as the air conditioner is leaking. Staff ok

looks like they were in the middle of renovation, we came from the red roof across the street so everything was 100% better, we came for the birds at conowingo, had a nice sunrise and sunset also....

This was a repeat stay. Had stayed here about 4 years ago. This time was a mistake. The place was dirty and in poor repair.
Mold in shower, filthy bathroom countertop with soap scum and hair clippings crammed in corners. Overall a frightening stay.
