一共住了2天，酒店位置特別好，在河西別墅區大山腳下，鬧中取靜，環境優美，房間很乾凈，床也很舒服，熱水供應充足，最重要的是房間真的太暖和了，老闆人也很好，很好的一次入住體驗。

南方土豆真實評價服務太好了。對比入駐了很多家，這一家真的實力出圈，下次還會預訂。服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，幫忙拿行李箱到房間，倍感温暖，所有問題都力所能及的第一時間給予迴應，幫忙聯繫車，還推薦了比較不錯的飯店，重點是給了一張手繪的阿爾山地圖。衞生：房間乾淨整潔温馨明亮，床又大又軟，每一處都乾乾淨淨。位置：酒店位於河西別墅區，離阿爾山火車站非常近，不到十分鐘路程，距五里泉也特別方便，早起可以去那裡打五里泉的泉水，去超市也很方便。環境：酒店在大山腳下，旁邊就是哈拉哈河，夜晚的景色非常漂亮。設施：酒店的設施都很齊全，WIFI，數字電視，吹風機，一次性用品齊全，毛巾和浴巾都是優質的，用起來很舒服，床品的材質特別好。樓下就是超大停車場。老闆人更是風趣幽默，有求必應。還會再來。

此行阿爾山我們一共經過了兩次，一次住在白樺林賓館，一次住在森林度假酒店，都是差不多檔次的酒店，白樺林老闆比較親切，讓人感覺温馨，森林度假酒店可能接待旅遊團比較多，感覺不是很好，裝修也比較土。當然也有優點，大床是兩張小床拼起來的，所以顯得超級大！早餐真的很簡陋，不好吃。

房間寬敞明亮，服務態度好！給我換了低層的房間！早餐非常豐盛！有各種小菜：拌茄子、拌山野菜、拌大頭菜、小鹹菜，兩個熱菜！主食：玉米、包子、地瓜、南瓜、玉米餅子、雞蛋等！關鍵是歺廳服務員熱情周到！

酒店要上很多層台階，中午入住就沒有熱水洗澡，等到晚上9點多還是沒有熱水，反覆找前台，終於找師傅過來看，結果是熱水器壞了，覺得酒店太不負責了，等了一天，連個熱水澡都沒洗成。酒店不是圖片那麼好，吃早餐還要走到另一棟樓去吃，而且走的不近，建議年紀大的朋友慎重！

位置就在火車站附近 出行很方便 從火車站到酒店衹需要五分鐘 如果提前聯繫酒店 酒店還會來接的 酒店的環境挺好的 很乾凈衞生 房間裏的備品和設施都挺齊全的 一次性洗漱用品都有 就不需要特別帶了 門口有很大一片停車場 雖然我沒有開車來 但是停車很方便的 房東人超級好哦 服務態度也很好 有問題直接問就好 我們一共在這裏住了三天 整體體驗感特別好 早餐豐盛 好吃 火鍋手把肉也好吃哦

位置：酒店離火車站很近 火車站也是這邊的一個小景點 下車了就看到了有歷史文化的小火車站 提前告知了酒店 我的到站時間 老闆一早就等在了出站口 餓的前胸貼肚皮一早就知道老闆家的火鍋味道不錯 第一站品嚐火鍋 肉真的很鮮美 每一個菜都好吃 完全不用避雷
環境：酒店環境很不錯 衞生狀況好 很乾凈 晚上週邊也很安靜
服務：服務很好 我們住在三樓 辦理完入住 服務員就幫我們把行李搬到了三樓 離店的時候還幫我們把行李提下來了 真的很棒
早餐:雖然簡潔 但是味道很不錯 很好吃
設施：酒店的設施很齊全 總體來説不錯
以後還會來的 祝小姐姐生意興隆
