We had good food and an amazing friendly and excellent service by Vivi! Chilling Indonesian music and nice breakfast with excellent cappuccino. The staff is very friendly and is taking care of the customers. When you are in-between two trips in Ambon, this a perfect place to stay.

This hotel is soooo nice for a quiet holiday. It has a private, quiet, calm beach that is very clean with very beautifull scenery. I can just sit in my balcony with a cup of coffee all day. Just 15 minutes walk and we will see a public beach where people sell rujak, fruit, durian etc. There are a few traditional Minimart also. The best part of this hotel is the people. They are very polite, kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The biggest problem is the taste of the food. The look is good but the chef really must learn again. What a waste that such a nice hotel has to serve such tasteless food. They serve Indonesian food with minimal spices. This is conference hotel and serve wedding and meeting. But the food taste is sorely lacking. The western food is tasteless. The Asian food is just terrible. The best food durung breakfast is omelette and coffee. Manager, just have your chef study again from a senior chef. I really want to hring my team but the food really bothers me The other problem is the band. Around 40-50% are senior from various countries,. The band should know the musics from the 80s. Instead they only play Indonesian songs from the 2000.

We used the Natsepa as our Ambon ‘base’ during a 2 week trip to Maluku. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, with more hits than misses. Good: - Spacious rooms - Great swimming pool, big and deep - Nice gardens and views from jetty - Very good food - Staff were nice and helpful - Car & driver for the day was excellent and good value - They arranged motorbike hire/delivery for us Not so good: - We had virtually no hot water during our first, 2 night, stay. A problem with the block we were staying in, apparently - The gym was poor. Not very much equipment and some of it broken - Wi-Fi a bit temperamental at times

The Natsepa is a wonderful place to stay and relax.with a nice swimmingpool. They have a fine restaurant with lots of choisesThe waiter Andrew served us very well and was explaining about the food. He is a friendly and patiënt person. All the staf is very nice

Great views, great food, great beach and service. The breakfast is wonderful and Endang wad very nice wirh the service. Jayadi helps us with everything we need and all the staff was very nice and available. The room big and comfortable. Very recomendable!

It is probably the most luxurious place the stay in Ambon; nice pool and views. Of course, keep in mind that it is Maluku 4-stars, not European 4-stars. It is important to know that the Hotel is also an event location. In the six nights we were there, there were weddings, corporate events etc. So as an hotel guest, you get that included. At moments, I think they even forget they are a hotel. There can be loud music until late (12AM), and loud music early in the morning (7 AM) when preparing the events. I arrived after 2 days of travelling - in the middle of holiday season. This was not the place the recover from the journey at that moment. However, we did come back. Because when it is quite, it is a really nice place. So, manage your expectations. other: - avoid the Maluku holidays - the hotel was packed with events and people at the pool. - we got sick from the Rujak in the Hotel (better to eat at the Beach). - weekend can be more busy. - Staff is nice!

Great resort,we were looking for a place which was not so crowded just outside Ambon city. Natsepa is the perfect place to go, beautiful location, nice swimming pool, extremely kind personel, good food and great with kid(s). Rooms are good. From here they can arrange day trips around the island.

Stayed in May 2023. The resort itself is the best part of the experience. There are water views and a large pool. Also a doctor can come to the hotel if necessary. There are some local attractions, including hot springs.
