We asked for the top floor. When my husband checked in they told him us would be on the top floor. The top floor is floor 5 we were assigned to a room on 4th floor. But we thought that was the top floor as they fold us at the desk. The next morning early, the people on floor 5 above us started walking loudly and we were surprised as we thought we were on the top floor. That was at 5AM and I never went back to sleep as they kept walking around. When we left for the day, I told the desk clerk about our situation and she apologized . I said that wasn't enough as we had asked for the top floor and were told no problem. She said she would tell her supervisor. The supervisor said the only thing we could do was change rooms. However, we were out for the day and did not return until late evening So, she transferred me to the CEO. I left him a message which h never returned. I wanted some Compensation, such as a reduced one night rate for complementary meal. She refused.. I was tired the whole day and didn't enjoy visit We left the next morning as the folks above us were getting up and walking loudly again..

We were treated rudely by the Hostess and Manager, Amanda, in the Sports Bar on Thanksgiving. I asked for their manager's name. As a result, my husband and I got barred the next day. It was 7 pm and we had some cocktails because we had no intentions of leaving because we were staying in the RV park. Security didn't care that we didn't feel comfortable driving and told us we had to leave or else they would have us removed at our expense.

Very clean, very nice room. We were on the 5th floor with a view of the bay and it was very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. There is an RV park that is next to the bay and nice restaurants on the 2nd floor. Room had a shower and no tub but it was very nice.

Great dining and rooms awaited us. Upon check-in, we were greeted by the friendliest gentleman and accompanying staff that really made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the next day was met with sullen lobby staff who didn't acknowledge us and were outright rude when asked for a small favor. Everyone has a bad day so life goes on. On a better note, the 13 moons restaurant was wonderful, with warm friendly service. For the price of the stay, 13 moons saved the day.

We stayed at this hotel for a Navy event a couple weeks ago, staying in room 1336. the venue was fantastic, the catered food was great, and we had a great time. Beautiful view! However, I woke up with bed bug like pattern bites on my body in TWO separate locations (see pic). The bites are specific because they bite in a zig zag pattern in clusters of about 3, known as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I contacted the facility and asked them to please inspect the room and get back to me so I can have a company monitor my house as I know once bedbugs spread, it’s REALLY difficult and expensive to get rid of them. I never heard back from anyone. I then followed up and left a voicemail message on the front desk managers, Danielle’s, direct voicemail and no call back. I called for the third time and politely asked the front desk agent to send her manager, Danielle, an email, she typed the email up while I stayed on the phone and for the 3rd time she ignored my attempt at communication. I would not recommend risking staying there and possibly bringing these bugs home. Furthermore, they’re actions to the community are completely irresponsible as they should be communicating and doing everything they can to prevent the spread of these pests. I will definitely reaching out and making sure the command is aware of this issue and can make and educated decision if they would like to stay in the hotel rooms for our upcoming Christmas party that is being hosted by this facility. Very disappointed in this company for not communicating and protecting their community from this issue.

Overall good visit and good value for price paid. All staff were very friendly from check-in, bars and restaurants, housekeeping, etc. Room was clean. Shower water pressure amazing. Only negatives was room AC took a long time to cool the room, and would reset to a warmer temp mid-day. Also, desk chair and desk heights made working at the desk very uncomfortable - weird heights relative to each other. Gym has barbells and bumper plates which is awesome. Connected ******, and whole indoors is smoke free!

The open door view was absolutely appreciated. The beds slept good and the room and ****** area were very clean. The hair dryer was awesome. I wish I had one. The shower wasn’t as good. The water was super hot, good, the door opened inward, awkward, the shower head needs to replaced, poor. You aren’t able to adjust the settings and positioning. Not good if your short. The food at Carvers was pleasant and the bacon was really good. Glad we stayed.

Easy check in plenty of free parking. The room is huge tall ceilings whisper quiet air conditioning big bathroom for getting ready in the morning. Gorgeous view of the bay and mountains. Nice workout area downstairs open 24 hours the entire facility overall is spotless. Plenty of good choices for meals sports bar for dinner, 13 moons for nightcap, covers for breakfast. Friendly staffed throughout.
