Positives: Lovely setting overlooking the sea which has been noted on many reviews. Spotlessly clean in all areas and friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure the wellbeing of their guests. Negatives: Lacked a wow factor on arrival with crates of bottles in view to one side of the hotel. Evening meal nothing special and ordered the veal which came as slices of beef so assume a mistake in translation. The breakfast in terms of style of service was the worst I have ever seen. Given a breakfast tray ( not a tray but a plastic wine container) containing 1 can of still water, 1 can of sparkling, a bag of muesli enough for a child's portion and a small box of cornflakes. I can partially understand this being offered during the pandemic but we've in the main moved on. Most of the items needed more of or changing which I'm sure was applicable to most guests, creating extra work for the staff. Each service we were given 1 bowl and no spoons. At least on the 2nd morning some of the priced a la carte menu appeared as standard and not charged extra. As a side point tea sachets were provided in the room but no coffee. The rear garden area was attractive apart from the hoses that laid across the grass and left all day and night. There is nothing that can be done about the structure of the building that looks more like a hospital or similar from the rear along with hospital floored corridors that adorn the outside of the bedrooms and to add to that hospital feel, room maids dressed all in white. Hopefully you will adapt some necessary changes.
