The hotel is very big and looks high-end. I live in a business big bed, the room is small, and the facilities are average. I feel that the front desk is not very friendly or professional. 設施：酒店設備設施齊全，網絡電視、WiFi、熱水器，主要是房間內還給配備了冰箱，門口超市飯店都有
房間很乾凈，衞生間一點水漬都沒有，床品什麼都很柔軟很乾凈！
環境:大堂寬敞明亮、房間也很寬敞，浴室也很大！

這次入住的體驗感特別的好！這家酒店真的是用心了。前台小姐姐一直保持微笑服務，從酒店的服務態度到環境、衞生、餐點都非常的棒！酒店所處的位置也很贊，周邊交通很便利，飯店選擇特別多，有商場還有超市，各類品牌的奶茶店基本都有，點外賣也特別方便！

這真的是坐落在高新區的很好的一家酒店了！剛進入大堂的時候就感覺很氣派，可能因為最近下了雪，怕客人滑倒而特意鋪設的地毯顯得很貼心！辦理入住的前台服務人員很熱情也很有耐心，一直在詢問我喜歡什麼樣的房型，不滿意的話還可以更換。酒店佈置的人新年氛圍十足，有種回家的感覺！中式的房間大氣文雅不失温暖，房間設備設施也很齊全，無線網絡覆蓋、全天熱水和房間內配備冰箱這點就很細節了！房間裏還贈送了一些小零食和礦泉水，樓層服務人員很禮貌，還主動幫我提了行李並安置好，酒店內部還有停車場，開車來是個最佳選擇！因為來的匆忙，周邊不遠的地方還有萬達廣場，買些什麼東西都太方便啦！

來鞍山辦事情，朋友推薦我來雙子酒店。首先地裏位置很不錯，交通便利，附近是科技大學，吃飯特別方便！酒店環境很不錯，大堂很寬敞也很明亮，辦理入住也特別方便，前台服務人員很熱情，很專業，辦事效率很快！房間設施應有盡有，WiFi很路暢，房間內還有冰箱，24小時熱水可以隨時用，床品也特別乾淨，枕頭有兩種，都很舒服。房間很寬敞，洗手間也很乾凈，沒有異味，房間內還贈送咖啡、茶、小零食和礦泉水，樓層服務人員也很熱情！有一些小需求，服務人員都很耐心給解決，這個酒店還有自助洗衣房和健身器材，對於我這種不喜歡出去跑步的人來説，那真是太方便了！
