Typically an « old glory » hotel, however this one is certainly still very nice and well maintained. Good location with free parking and nice view over the water. Efficient f front desk staff. Functional rooms, not very large but comfortable. Average breakfast. An excellent deal for the price.

Hotel bueno en términos generales pero se nota que no se la ha hecho mantención, sobretodo en los baños y puertas de acceso. Ducha no se puede regular ya que estaba rota y con marcas de hongos en los bordes. Desayuno rico y variado. Restaurant funciona bien y carta variada.

Atendentes nada cordiais, check-in confuso e demorado. No check-out nos cobraram 3.000 pesos por uma garrafa pequena de água do frigobar do quarto. Banheiro antigo, box com cortina de plástico, sem shampoo e condicionador. Café da manhã básico, com frutas extremamente passadas. As varandas dos quartos tem uma bonita vista, mais não são separadas dos outros, perdendo a privacidade. Não recomendo.

Es domingo, acabo de salir del hotel y quiero llamar a la recepción, pero no hay cómo comunic**** por teléfono. La habitación suite en la que yo estaba no tenía Internet, tuvieron que cambiarme a una habitación normal. La salida de emergencia está cerrada con llave. No hay servicio de botones. Es una lástima ver el deterioro de un hotel tradicional y tan querido de la ciudad, donde he estado muchas veces con excelente servicio en anteriores oportunidades. Dejo nota de que la amabilidad del personal está intacta, siempre muy buena, pero los servicios disponibles no corresponden a un hotel de esa categoría.
