我定的25平米有窗户的大床房，去了説沒有了衹有標間，讓我們自己合床，後來又給我們找了一個10平米的小屋，沒辦法，太晚了就沒換酒店。明明是你們酒店沒有預留好規劃好房間，最後給顧客個小屋。體驗非常不好！

房間除了冷還是冷，空調開一宿屋裡就是沒熱呼，住一宿凍感冒了，本來凍一宿就心情不好，結果退房的時候還被前提説房間少了一次性浴巾，屋裡壓根就沒有一次的浴巾，
