We arrived at the hotel and couldn't see where we were supposed to park, called the front desk, we were to park public parking garage across the street, take the sky walk over which lead to an escalator. After hauling all our luggage that far, I was not about to try to get it all on to an escalator. So, back outside, down an elevator to the outside, then up 2 sets of steps to get in. If it was on their website that we would be paying in a public lot to park, I would not have reserved a room there. The elevator to our room, had no working lighted floor number light and it seems to stop at every floor, even if nobody is there waiting, which means we kept getting off on the wrong floor. The towels and bed linens were so stiff scratchy! I wish I could post a picture of one of the towels (I have pictures), it was so thin and thread bare, you could see through it in spots. The bedding was stiff and noisy. I was like covering up with crepe paper, every time you move it was so noisy.... from sheets! Fror $200 a night, we expected luxury. We ate at the bar Friday night, we had one drink and a water the whole time we were there because we were never asked if we wanted another. The bartender told us everything she doesn't like on the food menu, which is almost everything. She also disappeared for awhile, while we we waiting to check out and leave. When she came back, she had a towel on her head. Did she take a break to go wash her hair? Weird. We will not be staying there again.
