Rented a Suite for the evening for my wife and I. We just wanted a night to ourselves. Room was in terrible shape! We had to call the front desk to ask for new bedding. The comforter had holes in it, and was stained. The sheets and pillows had very bad stains on them. They didn't have any housekeeping at the time. So we had to make our own bed. We never received a comforter either. Walls and table had something splattered all over them. Counter tops where chipped. Many of the cabinets were broken. Cabinet doors were loose and falling off. Ceiling had previous damage to it. All they did was patch it. Never sanded it, and never painted it. Couch cushions weren't put back properly by housekeeping. Carpeting was stained all over the place. I tried talking to staff at the front desk in the morning about it. She was very short with her words, rude, and showed no emotion to show she cared. I asked to speak with management. She told me that management was not there. They would have to call me back. Never called me back. I was told by the front desk staff that they couldn't do anything for me anyway because I booked through *******. So it's really not their problem anyway. I definitely will not stay at this Microtel or any other Microtel location again!
