There was a construction in the hotel. Yesterday, I got to sleep at 2:30am because I cannot sleep because construction noice was terrible.

Wow, wow, WOW is all I can say whe it comes to this wonderful hotel! Celia, Eduardo, Catarina, Percy, Ramon and not forgetting the lovely Rosaria gave us the most loveliest welcome and time...always at hand for anything and everything we needed...so warm and loving, they basically became our family out there. This really is the best hotel to stay in when it comes to location, needs and customer service. We were so sad to leave. Thank you all for making our stay even more memorable. We really hope we will see you all again xxxxxxx

This hotel has no control of their own website. They rely strictly on *********** and ******* (this is what I was told by the assistant at the front desk.) Any reservation made on their website will never reach them. None of their phone numbers work, because the numbers on their website and google maps is wrong. They have no control over either so they are unable to update them. I arrived with my pet last Wednesday just to find that they did NOT have my reservation, and that they did NOT accept pets. I showed them how they are listed as accepting pets, and they said that they are unable to update that information 🤦🤦🤦 Due to this hassle, I was forced to make another reservation for a much higher cost. There were 2 other guests in front of me who also ran into the same problem as myself. Horrible experience.

I did not stay here because after I did my reservation I was never able to contact the hotel by phone or email. I went ahead and did another reservation at another hotel because I did not want to risk getting there and not having a room.

Great hotel at the central plaza of Arequipa. Small but modern and clean rooms with a good shower. It can be a little noisy, but that is what you can expect in the city center. Good breakfast with view on Plaza des Armas. Staff is helpful. Recommend this hotel!

Excelente ubicación,limpieza,servicio (todo), queremos felicitar al hotel por hacer de nuestra estancia la mejor en nuestro recorrido al Perú, en especial a la Srita, Rocío por todas sus atenciones,estás nos hicieron sentir en casa,al igual que la Srita Ceci ,la limpieza, el lugar y lo bello del hotel,el desayuno delicioso muy personalizado, con tan agradable café exquisito ,gracias por todas las atenciones recibías ,sin duda regresaremos.
