The food are terrible seems they have been keept for long the service is poor very poor the lady called Maggie she is OK and a bit professional on the reception other things are very terrible I wouldn't advise you to go there chose more expensive and professional the surrounding is so noisy so annoying

Reception didn't have any Internet when we arrived and couldn't find our booking. We got one smelly rum with really small bathroom. Noise from the street was horrible, no sleep for 2 nights

Room is not sound proof at all, so you sleep with street noise.
Rooms are old/ furniture outdated with floor and toilet very clean :-)
However, bed clothing is full of old dirty stains (eg rust), so it’s not the best thing to visualize where you will sleep. :((
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise :))

PROS: - Location is near market, restaurants, bus station (also a CON due to noise). - Reasonable rate. - They stored our luggage while we were on safari with no problems. CONS: - Room (Delux) was exceptionally small! Couldn't open bathroom door fully - hits toilet. - Shower curtain does little to keep water from going everywhere. - Breakfast was...problematic. Toaster burns bread and you can't get bread out of it. - Young ladies speak little English at breakfast service, so understanding is difficult. - Shower handle broke off in my hand as I started shower. Called front desk, and they were only worried about broken handle. I asked to use a shower in another room, and they said we should pack up everything and move to 3rd floor room from 4th! We pressed the ease of me just going to room next door to shower, and finally convinced them. - Noisy location at all hours of the day & night. - Rooms need major cleaning and repair done.
