A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day.

The food is delicious with 360° panoramic view restaurant at 23th floor, you can take breakfast and dinner with great view of Astana City. It is amazing and worth it, excellent

Bathrooms could be better. Overall very good. Gym saloon is very good, but should be open very early and very late, like from 05:00am to 01:00am.

The Chinese-style decoration makes travelers from afar feel as warm as home. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had a variety of choices. There is a security check at the door, which is very safe. The doorman was also very enthusiastic. He helped us carry our luggage when we left and guided the car to the door. Very good experience.
