Breakfast was not very good and they checked us out when we still had not checked out and sent our bags down to front desk. The cleaning guy was very rude to me.

I would like to see the option of re-using towels for stays up to 7 days. All staff were friendly. I will stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before. This is the first time we had any issues. We were on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall, the people upstairs were so loud and were noisy way after 10:00 Tje noise started again at 5:15. Brought it the front desk’s attention. No one got any sleep that night.

Nice hotel in the middle of town within walking distance to most entertainment and dining. I really appreciated the waterfront upgrade room.

Terrible breakfasts probably better not to bother offering it. Pool is tiny and looked less than inviting, it was closed anyway when we stayed. Only there 2nights but there was no housekeeping in the room-surely part the reason for going to a hotel rather than selfcatering. Expensive for what it offered though the room was spacious.

This hotel is in a great location, scenic views, the trolly comes right by the hotel, and a walking path the whole length of the city!

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The property was nicely maintained, and there was a general feeling of care and attention to details. The riverfront room I was given had an outstanding view. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return again.
