The reception may have been updated but that’s as far as it goes.
A sad hotel room with many more along its corridors.

My room was 486 directly over the Yard. I had to call and ask what time the Yard clised as they was still open and playing the music at 1:30am. If you book a room be sure and adk upon check-in where it's located if you plan on sleeping.

The services at Bally's are exceptable. The front desk concierge that checked me and my husband in was very nice, professional and accommodating. The only downside was the pool is down for reconstruction; wish I was told beforehand.

The service was so so. The first Lobby hotel representative said they didn’t offer breakfast that was included in the price of the room at time of booking. I had to inquire with another hotel lobby rep that said to charge the “Dunkin Donuts breakfast” to our room and it would be deducted from my bill. The Spa and pool is also closed as of aJune 7, 2021. Recommend contacting the property for future availability If you are interested in using these amenities.
