The location is outside the city and suitable for driving.
The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the bathrooms are particularly spacious and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, well designed, big room great bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice location, 20 minutes walk over pedestrian bridge to old town, 15 minutes walk to station. Very good value for the standard of accommodation

This was our first visit to this hotel. We were using it as an overnight stay on our way to the UK from Portugal. Good location near the river and easy to find after leaving the main road. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with good views. Good restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Secure garage parking for our car
