房間乾淨衞生，房價不高 工作人員服務周到，有免費停車位距離目的地比較近，吃飯出行都很方便

距離粵東會館☜☞百色紀念園3公里左右，百色革命紀念館5公里左右，門口有趙一鳴零食店，很方便……

很潦草的一家酒店。
房間設計極其不合理，衞生間空間超級小，馬桶與洗手枱的距離大概10cm，很危險。
晾衣架在馬桶的正上面，如果晾剛洗好的衣服就不能使用馬桶，沒有其他任何可以晾衣服的地方。
洗衣機是壞的沒有提示，把衣服打濕後就顯示錯誤，衹能手洗，太造孽了。
多要一瓶水要給錢，現在很多民宿都不這麼做了。

環境挺好的，設施也挺好，就是熱水要開一會兒才出來熱水，拖鞋一個人就一雙，是那種一次性鞋套，進出衞生間鞋子會濕，不易幹。過夜的話，兩個人衣架不夠用，沒有可以晾曬衣服的區域，有點不方便，濕衣服掛衣櫃會臭。
