Staff was helpful. Spacious room with comfy bed…but hotel was way OVERPRICED for what it is.

It was in a center of many hotels, clean, no homeless-person area.
Workers were friendly.
Rooms were clean except one orange-yellow stain on the bottom side of the toilet bowl, which was the only letdown.
Overall a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was nice though same each day. We noticed 2 scorpios in bathroom.Most of the people at property were fine and friendly.

Check in was easy. Elevator works and right next to reception. Room was clean, dated but clean. Curtains looked past their prime and the AC/heater was a bit loud. It's good for the price though. The Springhill suites had more updated and bigger rooms though so if you're comparing I'd go with Springhill.

Best hotel everything is excellent from the service to the room to the amenities. Would recommend anyone in the area stay here. Breakfast is really good also. Staff is so nice and friendly

Liked the fact I called the day of for late night check in & requested our 2 rooms on top floor close to one another.
Breakfast was good, if you want your fresh fruit to get there early for dining.

Bakersfield, like the rest of California is unsafe. However, the hotel itself had all the parking in front so the vehicle was safer. The staff kept the outside clean and neat, and did not allow loitering.
