Our 2nd day in this property was much better and luckily we got the sun beds just as we entered, as someone else was leaving. The sun beds in the main pool are not in the proportion to the no. of people seeking, so you got to be either lucky / come earlier and book your spot. There are more sun beds in the child poll play area though. The rooms are decent size and amenities within the room are also ok. Staff are friendlier. Overall the property needs refurbishing in some areas, but it’s not bad for 2-3N stay

Rooms were clean. Location is just within the area of Seminyak, relatively convenient to walk to the beach. Service was friendly and amenities were good, particularly like the pool area. Breakfast spread is good and gym is ok.

It’s overall a great place at a fair price, although the rooms facing the swimming pool are much better as the ones facing the street can be a bit noisy

There was no welcome drink. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. I was given a room with sea view but the air con was not working. We requested for a change of room and waited for quite a while in the heat before we were brought to the new room. The hotel apologised for that.
There was only a few selection of food in their menu. They should include at least a soup or soup noodle or rice porridge for people feeling under. Ended up we had to buy from a restaurant near the hotel.
I noticed that other restaurants would provide a nice cold towel to clean our hands before the meals. It was not a practice at this hotel. We feel there is a lot of room for improvement.

Being a relatively new hotel of about 2yrs, the facilities and rooms are of high quality and spacious. The breakfast buffet however can be improved in terms of range and taste.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Everything was perfect except that we we visited, the lift was not working and we had to walk quite a distance to the next available lift.

Service was ok. Most of the breakfast time some food items were empty or not enough , almost every morning the guests were requested to bring food. We stayed 6 nights but the food items were almost same, were not verities. The hotel looks and feels’ Boring’ , nothing much to do. Overall, we’re disappointed.
