Sukhumvit
Great hotel and great staff. We were well looked after by concierge Pai and his guys, and the cleaning, pool and front desk staff were all competent, friendly and helpful. My wife lost her phone and they found it for her; it rained and they had umbrellas for us and helped book taxies and Grab cars. The hotel is very new and the room was super modern and very well decorated, with a big new TV and great amenities. The bed was superb and the pillows were to die for. We were there for a week and this was one of the best hotel stays we have had in recent times and I highly recommend it. This is a very well-run hotel so I commend management as well. It does the Marriott group proud. Also, location is great just minutes from Asok BTS and MRT. Lots of food options on this Soi 20, as well as Soi's 22 and 18

Suvarnabhumi Airport/Bang Na
A new hotel located just 10 minutes from Bangkok Airport and well worth the quick drive. Hotel has a free shuttle that operates 24/7 but easy to take a taxi if preferred. Rooms are large and very airy in a Scandinavian style. Rooms have chaise in addition to the bed and table and chairs. Unfortunately like many new hotels today it has that ridiculous design of glass between bathroom and bedroom. But on the plus side, at the moment it has beautiful new linens and towels, what a treat. The hotel feels like a resort as it is in a location with a lot of space so has the benefit of a very large pool and garden area which is unusual for a city especially Bangkok. This is a full service hotel with excellent restaurant that has extensive buffet and a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner. The pool has swim up menu and there is an additional bar and cafe in the lobby near the large gym and spa. Because of all its facilities this is a great property for a family I suspect.

The staff were very helpful. From the check-in process to the check-out process, everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. They even helped out with calling our transportation arrangements. The hotel had excellent facilities. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Location is very convenient. Very near the malls and the train stations. Hotel breakfast was very good too.
