We checked in to the hotel and were moved to the resident portion of the property. The pool was closed, however it did not say that when we booked the room. We would have been able to use the hotel pool however we would have had to walk around the parking lot to the other building. The first room we were assigned was facing the pool under construction and it was very noisy. We requested to be moved and the next room was much nicer. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The hotel is very close to the mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. However we booked a driver to the Floating Market through the hotel and were dropped off at a boat rental place, had to pay B2000.00 for 1 hour boat ride. (no negotiations) When we requested to be dropped off at the market itself our driver told us he is not able to do that because he is not a guide. We would have been better off booking a tour.

There are no comments on Ctrip. I booked the hotel after seeing the new hotel. I found that there is a vegetable market behind the hotel, and the road facing the main entrance is a street selling worship supplies. It’s a bit panic to go to 711 to buy snacks at night; the rooms are crowded, the wardrobes are very high, it’s a bit difficult for girls to hang clothes, and the toilets are a bit difficult The smell, big and small towels are a bit dirty, the bath water is either too cold or too hot. I stayed for three nights and it was very uncomfortable! The only estimate that can be praised is that the service is okay.

All hotel staff are professional and helpful. Requests for extra toiletries and supplies and enquiries could be made by the app exclusively for hotel guests. Prompt responses were received. The room is spacious, neat and comfortable.
