I came for a business trip. I thought this kind of hotel should be quite reliable. If I came to see it, it was estimated that it was a 5-star hotel, it was lacking. The facilities were old. The mattress, quilt and pillow were generally hard and heavy. When I checked in, the tile fell and bruised my knee and knocked on the phone. In the end, although it was dealt with, I still couldn't help but want to complain, WIFI is not very good. Room was spacious. The receptionist is very helpful even though they are not understand english well, but they are very helpful. They are try to communicate using the translator and try to help as much as possible. The food are variety. The room is clean because everything they are doing the housekeeping. Overall I am satisfied unless for one thing. The door keep on making some noise due to the locking is not tight, so when there's some wind, the door keep on vibrate and making some noise. But overall, this hotel is really recommended.
