房間乾淨，整潔，中央空調還配備房間加濕器，老酒店想的很周全，周邊環境很安全樓下有個保山武警支隊，酒店旁邊有個超市，買東西方便，餐廳早餐很豐富，早餐大廳很寬敞，後邊停車很方便，有酒店的停車場，酒店大廳服務熱情，不愧是老酒店，唯獨房間裏是地毯，容易藏污納垢，地板乾淨好打理，如果再來的話，還會住這家酒店。

設施：設施齊全完備，房間衞生乾淨，服務人員和藹可親。早餐豐富可口。再來保山還會來這家酒店。關鍵它距餐飲街僅500米，步行方便至極，街麪的餐館環境乾淨衞生。

設施老舊，前台服務不敢恭維，説過的水果沒有放，規定7點開始的早餐，在餐廳外面等到七點十多分，希望改進，畢竟市場這麼內卷，沒什麼老本可以吃
