酒店位置環境都挺好的，安排的第一個房間空調是壞的，酒店喊了師傅來修，修了半天還是不製冷，下樓去找了前台換了一個房間，前台服務蠻好的。
早餐酒店自助餐服務一般，口味也一般，餐廳人多，還聽到有一個男服務員罵臟話……吐槽人太多都坐滿了，挺難評的。還有一個男服務員，我人還沒走呢，拿了兩瓶優酸乳，跑過來説不能外帶，我説外帶了嗎？下次長點眼力見兒吧。

這次入住體驗非常好！
想帶孩子去北京天文館，所以選了這家天文館附近的酒店。一開始訂的是嘉賓樓，辦理入住的時候問了一句游泳池的使用，因為孩子每次住酒店的一個重要節目是游泳，結果得知嘉賓樓的住客如果要使用在貴賓樓的泳池，得付錢。我當時開了一天車，非常疲憊，就算了，辦理了嘉賓樓的入住然後趕緊去睡一覺。
一覺醒來，太太帶孩子去貴賓樓問過，使用泳池得付200元。我一聽不合算呀，因為貴賓樓的同樣房間比嘉賓樓貴了不到100元，這時候就想換房。嘉賓樓的前台工作人員非常幫忙，攜程也很給力，十來分鐘就給我取消了嘉賓樓的訂單，重新生成一個貴賓樓訂單，順利換房。
照我看，對商務出行者來説，嘉賓樓足夠好。對帶小朋友的家庭來説，貴賓樓性價比更高。
泳池在地下二層，除了一個25米的標準泳池，還有兩個圓形的戲水池，池邊用橡膠裹起來，防止磕到人。我住過這麼多五星級酒店，帶孩子去過那麼多泳池，還沒見過這麼貼心的。
最後提點建議：大部分酒店在辦理入住時，酒店前台都會問客人有沒有開車，如果有就介紹酒店的停車政策。而我在嘉賓樓和貴賓樓兩次辦理入住，前台都沒跟我提。我車停在嘉賓樓門口，後來才知道這個停車場不屬於新疆大廈，收費貴，我頭一天下午3點多停的，轉天7點多開出，要收我126元，我們説是酒店住客，優惠到60元。而新疆大廈院子裏的停車場，包括地上地下，白天收費一樣，夜裡就便宜很多。

衞生挺好的，乾淨住着舒服，辦理入住的時候前台非常熱情，還送了餅乾哥酸奶，孩子很喜歡，入住後，房間挺漂亮，玩具一應俱全，挺好，離着動物園近才入住的這裏，晚上服務員大哥還貼心葯給我們補充礦泉水，房間裏的不少，我沒讓補充，大哥還送了一個小香薰蠟燭，挺好的一家店面。
