As a signature hotel, Beijing Guoerzhao Hotel was formerly the Second Guest House of the State Council built in 1962. In 2008, it was restructured and renamed Beijing Guoerzhao Hotel. The overall building is dignified and elegant, and the decoration is obviously red. The front desk service is efficient, and the receptionist is enthusiastic. It was raining and helped us elderly people to pick up takeaway orders at the gate. Thank you very much! The guest rooms are clean and hygienic, and the bedding is brand new. It is safe and comfortable to use. There is plenty of drinking water, and three kinds of tea and coffee bags are available!

The concierges are all handsome men and beautiful women, and even the cleaning aunt is very friendly. When she saw my daughter crying, she immediately gave her a plush toy to comfort her. The whole family is very satisfied, and I will stay at Guoerzhao again when I come to Beijing next time.

The hotel facilities and services are very good, but I don't understand why the main light on the ceiling of the room is still glowing after turning off the light (see the picture, all taken after turning off the light), and it is like this all night. Is this to simulate the moonlight? The sewer in the washbasin in the room I stayed in this time has a strong odor. When I closed the window at night, the whole room was filled with this smell, and I couldn't sleep well. Thank you to the staff for helping me temporarily open an extra room. The hotel is very good in other aspects. The room is large and clean, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the Japanese food on the first floor is delicious. I will consider staying here next time I come to Beijing.
