我不知道是不是住的冒牌的豪生酒店，這設施、這衞生連農家樂都不如（照片為證）！還是豪生現在就是這樣的！跟我之前住的豪生天差地別！

第一次入住這個酒店，來蚌埠參加一個會議，讓家人給定的，還沒到就電話過來詢問特殊喜好了。感覺很貼切，整體挺好的，大堂很大，環境不錯，入住的時候還邀我去品嚐了大堂的Costa 咖啡，很意外，雖説酒店的服務可能趕不上一線酒店，但是在三線城市已經算不錯的了，後續開會在需要的話還會選擇這家酒店。

五一出行太火熱，高鐵票都訂不到，選了遊客相對少的蚌埠，説實話這家酒店挺讓人失望的，價格不高，酒店是老牌國營酒店設施硬件差點能接受，但是服務實在不行，早餐也不行。

晚上辦入住11.30到的，等了40分鐘才辦理，上樓親子房就這種床，要求調換，一直説經理電話打不通，折騰到凌晨1.40，經理來了才解決，（經理態度很好，攜程也積極配合調整，最後給我們加了間大床）但是前台處理事情太墨跡，一直就説自己沒權限，就在那歎氣，打電話給同事主管直接讓我們不滿意就退房，凌晨兩點了，就這個態度，讓我們退房走人，五星酒店，有這個處理事情的態度，讓人印象太差了。上樓休息已經凌晨兩點多，剛睡着，前台又打電話來要身份證號，説沒有登記上，你就不能第二天在要身份證嗎？有沒有考慮過別人站在大廳到凌晨也需要休息。

房間很舒服，乾淨明亮，大堂也非常氣派，燈火透明，回鄉入住這裏，對於家鄉的變化非標開心與自豪，尤其是服務，前廳部的服務讓我非常滿意，會提前聯繫我根據我的喜好為我安排房間，而且還提前在房間放置了歡迎卡和水果，真是非常細心，辦理入住時大堂經理Kitty更是熱情，非常體貼的給我介紹了近年來家鄉的變化，還告訴我周邊好吃的地方，哈哈哈，非常有趣且讓人舒適的酒店，家鄉的温暖，讓人心安！下次回老家還選擇豪生
