The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The dinner & breakfasts were amazing. The room was spacious with fantastic view！

Overall experience of staying at Seikaiso was very good. The location is close enough to the Beppu station(walking distance 10mins) and bus terminal is 2mins away. The best experience of this Ryokan is the hot springs and private bath on the rooftop. Breakfast is served per room on booking time with Japanese style breakfast. It was various dishes and delicious!
The front staff/restaurant staff/general staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially at the front desk staff Urabe was amazing. He also speak good English so it was very helpful. He helped us everything what we need. 🙏🏼
We will definitely go back to Seikaiso again.

The room is alright with sea view. However the service of front desk staff need to be improved. The staff did not tell us anything about the booked private family onsen and breakfast place.

Booked a sea view room facing the Seto Inland Sea. In the morning, I took a walk on the beach. The calm sea made me feel comfortable and peaceful. The room is spacious. There are free public baths and paid private baths. The private bath costs 1,000 yuan/45 minutes. You can make a reservation at the front desk. There is no limit on the number of people, but a material fee of 250 yuan/person will be charged. I booked a breakfast and dinner set meal for one night and two meals. The quantity of each item is not large, but it is enough to fill you up. It is a 15-minute walk from Beppu Station. There is an airport shuttle bus line to Oita Airport across the road.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the sea, and you can see the sunrise. The private bath on the top floor is very comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner are also rich and delicious. The staff are very warm and polite, and I recommend staying here.

I booked a Japanese-style room on the city side, and was upgraded to a sea view side, which I was very satisfied with. The hotel is also very convenient for travel, and there are direct buses to Takasaki Mountain and Beppu Hachidaigoku.

A very treasured B&B
Location: Walk towards the beach after getting off the JR, about 6 or 7 minutes, there is a big sign, so it is very easy to find
Accommodation: A bit old, but all the facilities and services are very considerate~ I borrowed a three-way adapter from the hotel front desk. If you have time, you must make an appoin**ent for the family soup. If you don’t have an appoin**ent, you can also go to the terrace above to see Beppu Tower.
Food: One night and two meals, dinner and breakfast are very thoughtful food. What’s more thoughtful is that the waiter will help control the rhythm of the meal, slow down and taste it well
Parent-child friendliness: Probably because it was the Golden Week in Japan, I found many families with babies~ Up Up in favorability
