Probably what you would expect, simple room, bathroom ok. Blackwater not really a place to visit unless you need to. Nothing great nearby for food.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a quick stop in before a long day at work the next day. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I won’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Blackwater.

Decor was tasteful and beautiful allowing us to relax. Everything was very clean and modern. It was off the highway allowing for a quiet night and good sleep. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Information needs to be updated across all websites to reflect current services. Restaurant is permanently closed and there is no buffet breakfast available but they are still listed as features. This is very misleading as is a deciding factor when comparing motels. Reception hours also differ from those advertised.
Staff were very friendly. Quite noisey with workers drinking and gathering outside rooms.

Excellent motel for an enroute stop. Very clean and well presented. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed a good meal at Jags Restaurant. Parking was easy and undercover. The room came with breakfast and we enjoyed a pleasant eggs and bacon on toast. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Motel, extremely clean, free wifi, complimentary hot breakfast during the week & continental on weekends. Parking also very good. Staff extremely helpful. Very quiet. Lovely restaurant on the premises. We really enjoyed our stay.
