I appreciated the staff, who, while having to work long hours because of understaffing, were friendly and helpful. Adam was especially competent and made me egg without cheese, which was really appreciated. No one was able to help us to connect using Casting to the room televisions, despite many attempts. That would have been nice. This isn't so much in your control but the area surrounding the hotels is full of litter from Tim Hortons. It would be good for the hotels and restaurants to help keep the surrounding area clean so walks around the hotel property are more pleasant. Beds were nice. Only had towels for two even though four checked in.

My room wasn’t clean, the coffee machine didn’t work and one of the guest services people was pretty rude. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Bonnyville and they are much cheaper and much better. I wouldn’t stay at this place again.

Clean room, nice layout with lots of counter space to lay out your bags/belongings. Unfortunately the temperature in our room was never stable. It was either a sauna or ice cold.

Our room had no heat .. the night manger brought us a heater .. the morning desk manger was rude and not helpful at all .. didn’t appreciate paying $136 for a room with no heat .. not a good experience!
