Overall ok hotel. The air filter in the heater was really dirty but otherwise no issues. Pool was nice. Front seat checking was fine.

Considering the price, it was fine. It had vey high star reviews on ******* and I wouldn’t give it that high. Half of the downstairs has recently been renovated so I’d give that side 5 stars, but we were put in the old side where the carpet is very dirty looking and there seems to be painted over mould in the bathroom. Little things add up like no shampoo in the bathroom, no towels by the pool, pretty weak breakfast. All that being said it was a cheap price and that was my priority for a quick sleep on a long drive.

I liked the size of the room, the front desk staff and breakfast.
However, the room was DIRTY, it was Christmas night and we didn't see the bad condition it was in when we arrived because it was dark and we were tired and just went to bed. When I went to take a shower, there was dirt and hair in the tub. My husband cleaned it out so I could shower. The tub wouldn't drain and I told the front desk. It was fixed by the time we got back to the room. On our way to check out my husband noted that it appeared as if someone had thrown liquid all over the wall over the bed we did not sleep in. Very disappointing.

I booked because they advertise an airport shuttle. Per their instructions, I tried to call several times to arrange the necessary shuttle and they never answered the phone. When I arrived and requested the shuttle service, the guy at the counter said that it didn’t start running as early as I needed it and to a taxi. I could have booked a better hotel or better price except I needed the airport shuttle. They should not advertise what they are not willing to offer. Had the room charge been refundable, I would have walked out and went somewhere else.
