The resort is close to the Branson *****, so most of the shows, restaurants, go karts were just minutes from the resort. The room and property were clean and seemed to be well maintained. The amenities (putt-putt golf, basketball court, etc. were pretty small. The thing that really sank our trip and our review was that smoking, while not allowed in rooms, was allowed on the property - including directly outside the rooms.

Charged $65 for cleaning. $12 a day for wifi and in case you needed extra items for room. Have been to many condos and never had these charges. Even McDonald's has free wifi. Additional unit was hidden behind office. Had to go back to office and ask for additional directions.

We were entirely satisfied. Staff was exceedingly cheerful and helpful. Service was prompt. Would recommend to all who visit Branson. I am having trouble coming up with 200 characters. I need nine more. Done!

The unit was nicely located in a quiet part of town but yet accessible to all the activities offered in Branson. The unit was very clean and up to date. The staff was very helpful in any of our needs. We rented a unit that was for 6-8 people but on wanted it with two separate rooms and two baths. The kitchen facilities, dining and living space were in the middle. Fitness center was clean and many machines to work on. Only trouble I had was the bed was too hard for me. My bed at home is very soft. Overall, it was perfert.

Like the Location! Additional Fee charged for Amenities upon arrival! Surprised with that! No Pool available, coffee maker is now one cup at a time and $1 fee per cup to get extra cup refills! The floor plan works well for sleeping 6 people ! 8 not as well! And a table seating 4 with 4 chairs works for 4 not 6 or 8....

There was an overwhelming odor (?air freshener?) in all the corridors during our stay. Difficult to tolerate this odor for any length of time. It was also in the Exercise Room. Fortunately the suite was NOT affected.

I booked this resort for a week thru Afvclub, for our family to do Christmas in Branson and this has been the worst experience ever.I went back to look at the pictures that were on the site. I just should of used Trip Advisor to see reviews and true pictures. They charged $65.00 cleaning fee and then $12.00 a day for amenties and WIFI. So a total of $92.00 dollars for crappy WIFI that kept going down, but would'nt give password to 5G they said employees only amenties were outside pool, basketball, putt-putt etc...at temperatures of 38 who would use them this time of year and dirty run down rooms. These rooms you can compare to a run down Super Motel 8

They may be trying to update, but our 2 bedroom was not.. furniture had stains, ceiling fan dirty and corners of bathroom dirty, 2 burners on stove did not work, off brand kuerig was about to go out (spit out half the amount of coffee it should have), 12. a day "resort amenities" fee: off season outdoor pool closed, the pool table and ping pong table were OUTSIDE, the gym was LOCKED at 10 am and when went to front desk, she said go back (outside to another building) and try door again and if locked, call her and she will call mainenance to unlock it (ridiculous), 65. cleaning fee (2 nights) but still havae to load and start dishwasher, take out trash.. I could clean myself better than it was done before we arrived...
