Best Western Brigham City Inn Suites

The hotel is refurbishing. The pool and spa were closed. The rooms were clean and comfortable and he price is right.

Accessible We were moved to the far end of the building even though the building had very few guests and were put in with the animal friendly rooms. Was told that was ******* booking that and nothing they could do at hotel

I’m travelling across country and my destinations is gonna be Vancouver so I’m into my seventh day so I needed a day off and she put me in the same room at the ******* rate at a savings without having to go through any roll so I appreciate the front staff for that hotels good

Stopped at this hotel on a road trip with a family of 5. Very easy to get to, lots of parking, room was large and comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Small pool and hot tub which the kids were too tired to try out. Easy and short drive to several dining options - some would have been walkable. Nice stay!

Overall we were happy with our stay, our only complaint is that the breakfasts were not as good as we have experienced in our previous stays, the eggs for breakfast were rubbery and tasted pretty bad, we tried them again on our second and third day hoping they would get better, and thinking it was just a bad batch on our first morning, but they did not get better. We have stayed here many times, and this was the first time we did not enjoy the eggs on any day, the bacon on the first morning had a wierd taste, and the sausage on the second day was mostly undercooked and then on the third day we were hoping to enjoy the biscuits and gravy, something I normally really enjoy, the gravy was very bland and starchy with very little flavor and even though I tried to add salt and pepper to improve it when gravy has no flavor, adding salt and pepper after it is cooked can't improve it as much as correctly flavoring it while cooking. The breakfast chef should find and then follow good recipies that others will enjoy, it seems that whoever cooked these breakfasts cooked to their personal preference of no spices, with undercooked meats and overcooked unseasoned eggs and gravy. We did enjoy everything else though and I know we will be staying here again in the future because we visit this area 3-4 times per year and we normally really enjoy their breakfasts. The only other issue was that the pool and hot tub was closed, we were told it was due to a problem with the pool chemicals.

Workers failed to mop floors in common areas and in the elevator. Room was clean for the most part. Employees were not friendly but kind of just uncaring.

Fastest check in. Clean comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast. Staff was nice and efficient. Definitley will stay again if ever this area again. Beat experience on this 3 day trip from Texas to Oregon. Thanks Taunia and Denver

very clean. Significantly better kept than one of the newer hotels in Brigham. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at this Best Western was extremely pleasant. The staff was helpful and very courteous. This is a pet friendly place and although all the pet rooms were already taken, they made an exception and allowed our pet. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was more than ample and was very good. There was a large selection of items for breakfast, which isn't common in most overnight lodging establishments.
