Coach House Inn

The location was in a prime area. We were in walking distance to almost everything!. The room was very clean. Okay i can live if the room does not get clean everyday, however I would expect clean towels at least every second day, no clean towels were supplied. We only received a small carton of milk, biscuits on arrival that was it. The hot water tap did not work in the bathroom area. It made a constant loud noice when you open the tap, needless to say I hate washing my face in cold water. Also there is no undercover parking, but they do have some designated area available for parking.

We paid over $400 for 2 night, and to find out that we had no hot water in the winter time. Was not something you wanted after a whole day at the snow. We were ask to use another units shower, and the husband would come and have a look, which he never did. The front door was hard to open. The wardrobe door was broke. Someone’s shoes were left under the bed 🤮 heater didn’t warm the unit, shower screen shaking when on the toilet, floor uneven, beds hard as a rock. I wouldn’t paid more than $70 a night for this place.

Our experience at the Coach House Inn was traumatic. One night we came home at about 10pm and got verbally abused by the owner for being too loud after no warnings. I have never experienced such disgusting and unprofessional language used against another human before. The way the owner spoke to us was totally inhumane and was not okay to throw such foul language around like she did. Very unprofessional after no warnings to keep the noise down. She slammed our door after leaving as hard as she could and nearly broke her own door. Which of course, did heaps to keep the noise down 🙄 Our room was dirty, shower was the worst I have ever experienced which is not ideal after being at the snow all day. There is no parking so you are forced to park in a muddy lane way next to the accommodation which is highly inconvenient. But all of these things are very minor in comparison to how we were treated and spoken to. We have the whole thing on video if anyone would like to see it.
