Everything was okay, just the room smelled ALOT like smokers had stayed there before or like if someone had previously smoked in the room.

The property is beautiful but I’ve been coming to the same hotel for the past 7 years and the room I had was disappointing. Mold in the shower, carpet had dried food on them, and blanket wasn’t clean. The access that allows you to connect your iPhone so you can watch Netflix,etc. I’m in tech and spoke to the company that provides it and they did some troubleshooting and stated the hotel is rountex corrected. I spoke to the front desk and frankly they didn’t care. Disappointed at best.

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt House for the weekend. It was clean, easy to locate and the staff was very friendly. The room was more than what we needed with the little kitchen area, but it was nice to have since we were able to keep water and sodas cold from our cooler. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious with many options and the eating area was so clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was an isolated location so there wasn’t anything around in terms of restaurants, but it was quiet. I came down for a CU game, so for the price, it was great location for staying outside of Denver and Boulder. The room was ok, a little tight. The bathroom could use some updating, part of the glass in the shower was loose despite their efforts to caulk it to the floor. The quality of the towels were definitely cheap, but the kicker was they ran out and replaced them with yellow towels which I have NEVER seen in a hotel. The purpose of using white towels is so they can be bleached! The establishment was operated by a young friendly staff my entire stay. My trip was only for a weekend, can’t say I would return, regardless of the deal.

This is a well kept hotel that is clean and spacious. There were many breakfast offerings and the female employee who was running the breakfast was excellent, keeping the area well stocked and the food hot/cold as needed. Pat at the front desk (overnight shift) was friendly and welcoming.

The Hyatt House exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was the best I’ve had in an hotel in years, with many hot and cold options, along with gluten-free and dairy-free options. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept soundly. Usually I don’t sleep well the first time or two in a hotel, but it was so comfortable and really felt like home. Everything was very clean, with thoughtful home-like touches, like an extra toilet paper roll and tissue box under the bathroom sink. They even had cookies out in the lobby at check in time. I appreciated how friendly the front desk staff was, cheerfully welcoming us back from outings and eager to help with anything. The location was perfect, close to the freeway, and a great spot for spending time in Boulder and Denver. We will DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we are in the area!

We were able to check in 3 hours earlier which was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area.
