Excellent hotel, ideally located, close to the Channel Tunnel, and Calais, very comfortable, spacious rooms, the hotel is very pleasant, because it is very comfortable, you immediately feel good there! The facilities offered such as the Spa and the swimming pool are great, well kept, bright premises. staff caring for the customers, the breakfast is royal, buffet, very stocked, well stocked, in savory or sweet dishes, there is something for everyone!! Hotel to recommend without hesitation !!

Really not terrible for a 4 star...
No slippers/small individual toiletries in the bathroom, for example...
In addition, cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
(Dirty tub seals etc.)
As for the common areas, glasses and empty beer bottles have been strewn on the table on the second floor all weekend, cracked armchair in the TV area and so on..
Also, I also had to wait 10 minutes to see someone at the reception when I arrived...
On the other hand, the restaurant area is very good
Breakfast at the top (you get what you pay for)
However, I do not recommend this hotel.

Good room. Comfortable bed. USB charging and A/C did not work...though radiator could be turned on so... not a big issue.
Hot breakfast buffet was cold.

Very close (5mins) to Le Suttle. Clean. Comfortable. Great for travel with dogs. Part of the bar area is for diners with dogs. Functional. If you want to be sure of dinner advise to book ahead as it can get fully booked and the so called room service is at the hotels discretion. Although we had excellent room service we were told if the restaurant is full room service not necessarily available...so just when you might need it most! Car park is pitch black....good for sleeping in dark rooms but you need your phone torch to walk there.

Brilliant location close to euro tunnel - stayed many times, staff always friendly and restaurant offers great value meals. Lots of parking and great facilities - pool, gym lovely grounds to enjoy. A great budget stop over.
