The driveway was very poorly made. The room wasn’t clean. I even had blood on my sheets. We also weren’t able to use the pool.

The pool in the picture belongs to the establishment next door, and we were not allowed to use it. The receptionist doesn't have a phone to call a taxi so we had to go down the hotel road to the main street to hail a taxi to go to the centro which is a 15 minute ride. The venue next door had booming music that made our room vibrate. The music was still going at 5 a.m when we left draging our suitcases to try to flag down a taxi.

Terrible; Before continuing to offer services under these conditions they should close. The facilities in deplorable conditions. The worst bed in history, sheets so used that I could see through them, no blanket, the closet is a broomstick, the mattress is terrible, the pillows are infamous... and also, there was no water! I don't remember having slept in a worse hotel. I am also VERY disappointed in ******* for allowing us travelers to fall into these traps.

El hotel está muy bien, sólo el acceso al desviarte de la carretera el acceso no está pavimentado, no hay como tal un estacionamiento y te da una sensación de inseguridad dejar tu auto así.
