Poor quality hotel. The staff doesn’t speak English. Poor condition rooms and toilets.

This hotel has very basic rooms, no hot water and the wifi works occasionally. The breakfast is an absolute surprise, it has a large variety and is very good. But the the rest is way below expectations. There are much better alternatives in Campo Grande.

Garden is a good place to relax. Parking area is large enough. Dining in-house is fairly adequate. Breakfast is quite good.

Na recepção tivemos uma experiência terrível, ao cúmulo de pessoas furando fila de atendimento de check-in e a equipe de atendimento nada faz, um desrespeito total, ao questionar o acontecido pelo atendente, fez pouco caso e disse que se precisasse reclamar era só preencher a ficha de reclamação. Onde a mesma não é depositada em nenhuma urna (engraçado, né?), entregamos para o outro atendente que provavelmente vai jogar fora!

Hotel bastante funcional! Ficamos apenas duas diárias para compromissos profissionais... CG é uma cidade pequena, onde tudo fica perto,. e o hotel estava bem localizado dos bons restaurantes e das praças. Ficou tudo muito funcional mesmo, Cheguei pela madrugada e a recepção foi celere. Estrutura boa do quarto, limpeza super boa e cafe da manha muito bem servido. Pude ainda, num dia entrar na piscina, tendo recebido toalhas para tal e estava 100%, muito bacana! Gostei e recomendo.
