The rooms are a reasonable size and with its downtown location a very good option for an overnight stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were not so great but adequate. It was about a 20 minute walk to the promenade for bars and restaurants

The hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment but it the building's front and interiors look drab, the 5-star rating was probably decades ago. Upon check in, the card key wouldn't work so had to call reception to send a guy to fix it. Once that was resolved, the next glitch found was the minibar wasn't cooling even if it was plugged. I did not avail of the few drinks inside but I needed the ref to cool the bottled water. The bed and pillows were firm enough. The bathroom's shower had those see-through cubicles with double sliding doors, but the cubicle was so small you couldn't extend your arms sideways. Breakfast was so so.

Probably in Turkey the stars are easily attributed to hotels... Five stars should not be given to an hotel declaring high speed wifi if this turns to be the ultimate joke... I saw that guests say it for years without any change... I lost about 5 hours in total within 3 days trying unsuccessfully to connect to the internet... You should be very attentive not to speak loudly because of poor acoustic isolation... A buffet restaurant with rather poor selection of food and noisy! Staff not understanding easily english or other foreign languages...

There were flies on the bed, the room was extremely dirty and dusty, it wasn't cleaned properly There was something we didn't understand on the wall, we entered the pool and the pool caused allergies. They didn't count us as customers. The milk served at breakfast disturbed our stomach. The walls were very thin.

We stayed 3 nights. It is quite close to the center, we went by car because there were children, but it is within walking distance. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is nice. I advise. rooms are clean. A hotel where I can stay again.

在於土耳其來說是五星級洒店，覺得其實不過不失，房間（尤其洗手間）有陣煙味，而且暖氣開了很久才有效，幸好向服務台要求要多張被子，他們很快便送上來。房間有即棄拖鞋，但沒有提供牙刷及牙膏。

Çanakkalenin en güzel oteli diyebilirim. Odaları geniş ve ferah. Tertemiz. Kahvaltısı açık büfe çok çeşitli ve ürünler kaliteli. Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Otopark sorunu yok. Merkeze çok yakın. Birdahaki seyahatimde tabiiki tekrar burada konaklayacağım.

Estuve solo una noche en el establecimiento. Las camas eran aceptables. El hotel no tiene prestaciones acorde a 5 estrellas. Desayuno y cena ,tipo buffet, aceptables. Variedad y rico. Si tu plan es dormor una noche para seguir viaje recorriendo Turquia, es aceptable.
