The room is okay, just a couple of things we think doesn’t meet our expectations:

We chose this hotel over others in the area because it has better rating (7.4). After my say, I will give it a 2. Check-in process took too long. Hotel requires IDs for all guests. Huge potholes in the parking lot everywhere. No shampoo in the room. Terrible wi-fi. Room smells,

Door handle was broke on the outside door. I received the back outside corner room. didn't feel very safe with the people in the room beside me and above me

Ok place to stay. In-room microwave and frig was nice.
The room was next to the stairs and the metal stairs banged against the wall.
More towel bars/holders in bathroom
Why don’t they provide shampoo & conditioner? I’d be willing to pay $1 more.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a decent size. There was very loud music playing at 10.30pm. Called front desk. He did nothing. Called again and the only way I was able to get a response was to say I would be calling the authorities. No apology from front desk. 10$ charge for a later ( 1 hour) checkout. NEVER experienced that and I travel a lot. I don’t recommend this Carson City Motel 6.
