Fancy for Colombia - a large resort with lots of amenities. But leave and explore the real Cartagena! I felt like I was anywhere in a nice Hilton in the USA. Great for solo travelers. Very safe

While the property itself is in a nice location with very nice beach, the roads, side walks nearby are not well maintained. The manhole covers nearby were missing or broken, so you have to be careful walking around. This is probably due to city folks. I visited the same hotel in 2016, the state of the hotel in general seems slightly worse compared to then. Hilton should put in effort to keep the place up to date for modern times in terms of maintenance.

A resort that is family oriented, but needs renovation it is old, requires for its condition a full renovation.
Our room the bathroom smelled horrible al the time, water could not be regulated, the restaurants are old fashioned.

My home away from home. I love everything about this hotel. I have enjoyed it for the last 35 years and plan to do so for the next 35 years. Keeps getting better and better.

This was one of my worst stayings ever!
To make it short: The hotel is in a very bad condition. Its dirty, the pool has tons of broken tiles, where you can even hurt. There are chicken bones next the pool - and the staff doesn’t even clean it.
The umbrellas at the pool have fungus. The whole hotel is in a really bad condition. The food is terrible. The breakfast is a joke.
To top it all the service is terrible too - only good service are the guys at the front door as well as the cleaning ladies.
This wants to be a Hilton with 5 stars but feels like a bad motel in a little suburban town.
Definitely never going to stay here any more and can not recommend at all!
The worst stay in colombia in a 4 months travel period.
Stay away from this place.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful pools for families with children. Also kids playroom was a hit. The salon/spa in the hotel was great for options for adults.

Great stay with the kids! Great food, pool options, clean rooms. Super petty, big bring your own shampoo and toiletries. Worst shampoo I’ve ever used. Wonderful and accommodating staff. Definitely recommend, especially if you have young kids
