This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Casablanca. They have the friendliest staff and will go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The room is luxurious and had everything you need to have a special stay

This is probably the worst Hyatt hotel in the world. The rooms smell bad, the facilities are old, and the air conditioning is not powerful enough. Except for the name of the hotel, which is that of a five-star hotel, there is nothing else like a five-star hotel.

Staff is exceptional polite and always ready to help .
We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant .. food and entertainment was exceptional .. belly dancer was really good .
