Hotel is modern. Has one handicapped room. No air conditioning. Great water pressure on shower. Firm bed. Great big flat-screen TV. OK Breakfast. Free parking. Pool was a bit cloudy, thought it might need some more chemicals so we stayed out... Road noise at night is horrible. Need screens on windows to keep bugs out.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean hotel, very spacious. The only downside is that getting downtown is a 20 minute walk; though known when booking.

Hotel sin aire acondicionado en la habitaciones, la piscina no cumple con la Temperatura ofrecida, las maquinas del gimnasio no operativas, ni siquiera están enchufadas (hasta con telarañas) problemas de aseo en habitación y áreas comunes, y poca capacidad de respuesta en el desayuno, mucha demora y lenta reposición

El hotel cumple pero tiene un punto insólito: en este 2023 no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones!!!!!!! De acuerdo que en castro normalmente no hacia calor, pero hoy eso cambio y hay muchos días que si hace muchísimo calor y solo tiene una ventana. ComO puede ser posible que no tenga aire acondicionado de verdad dormí pésimo y no puedes dejar la ventana abierta dado está pegado a la autopista con un ruido espantoso, esto deja la puntuación mucho más baja de lo que debiera ser.
