Staff are fantastic. Location is excellent. Lots of dining & entertainment options nearby. In room bathroom facilities are average. Great hotel overall.

Very friendly and obliging. Jennifer is a lovely person who cleaned our room but went the extra mile to get us local food, which we enjoyed very much. The free breakfast at the property was very nice too. Always met with a jolly smile every day. Loved it thank you.

This is in a great location, in the middle of the action. The hotel is clean, the pool is nice and they have a great rooftop area. AC works well, beds are comfortable. Definitely recommended. Noisier than hotels on the other end of the island.

The hotel is in the heart of the tourist area. Very walkable to everything. A bit noisy at night if you have a room on the street. The proprietor recommended several of his friends businesses which were not the greatest. Do your research on restaurants and transportation.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit. It was nice. Breakfast was included but it was just toast and cereal.

Property and rooms are nice. Reasonably updated. Great location. The bed and mostly the pillows are not good. Pillows we had were like rocks. My husband ended up using his airplane U pillow.
The use of bikes was great. Allowed us to explore the island more.

Loved staying here. We had a great time. The only problem was we wished there was a hot tub and a better breakfast. The only complaint is that the island parties and you can could hear the music outside but it always stopped around 9:00. Great place

Two complaints. The WiFi was very unstable. There was a wedding party group staying there and had a rather loud party just outside our door one night, which made it a little harder to sleep. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was nice but it doesn't have an elevator if you are physically challenged. We had to keep asking for towels although we booked the room for 3 guest, but was given towels for 2 guest. I have never had an issue with towels at a hotel.
