The lobby is very grand and has the characteristics of Shangri-La Fan Yuwen and Jinyu at the front desk are particularly enthusiastic and polite. Check in was longer and with problems. The staff do not find the reservation. I showed my booking from ctrip. But they didn't believe. This is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. Inadequate staff. The WC doesn't.work good. There are no power outlets on the side of the bed. The room was spacious and nice.

I needed to stay one night for a business trip in Changchun. Since I had to take a train from Changchun Station to Longjia Airport the next day, the hotel selection was concentrated near Changchun Station, and I finally selected this hotel with profound historical significance. To be honest, the hotel hardware is like a three-star hotel or a guest house, but it is not easy to maintain a century-old building like this. I think the people who chose this hotel didn’t come here because they wanted to enjoy the excellent hardware facilities, at least I didn’t. The software service is very good. From checking in to asking for help when encountering problems during check-in, to finally leaving the hotel, there is no fault. Especially my room manager, Sister Jin, I felt the room was a bit cold. Sister Jin came immediately to help adjust the temperature and brought hot soup, which was really awesome. One thing I want to mention is that the water temperature in the room I stayed in was not very hot. When I checked in, the temperature in Changchun was cooling down. Southerners suddenly couldn't bear it. Maybe there was a reason why the water temperature was not very hot. I had a fever on the way back the next day. This is also the reason why it took me a week to write the review, because I was sick (wry smile I hope there will be another chance to come to Changchun when spring comes.

The location is very good. We can go to the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo. There are mountains here and the old site of Changchun Film Factory is very close. Both those who like firmer pillows and those who like softer pillows will be happy (harder buckwheat pillows are really comfortable!). The bathroom is clean and the shower water is very good. There is one rowing machine, two treadmills, one elliptical machine, and others I don’t remember, but not many people use them... so it doesn’t have any impact. The service is very considerate, and the girls at the front desk are very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you for all the girls' help, including but not limited to helping us open the refrigerator, apply for additional room cards, etc. The surrounding small restaurants are also delicious...pot stickers, pot pork...it is recommended to order less if the number of people is small.
