A nice lounge on the first floor, but it remains closed. There is no where in the building to get a drink or food. The break bar was plentiful, but almost every thing was cold. There is no English spoken so even coffee with cream h no sugar was hard to come by except some little Yong girl pulled out her phone to help me.
5 star facility with 2 star service!

Very freinedly and attentive staff, clean and well-decorated hotel and very good breakfast. We especially like the smell at the lobby of the hotel.

A staff member who helped us was very friendly. However just a few things I didn't like, not to welcoming to foreigners, didn't offer any recommendations and when asking where to have a covid test, it seemed like it was an inconvenience for the lady to speak to us.
