服務：點贊，隨叫隨到，有求必應。
衞生：最貼心的是有馬桶墊，住了幾間酒店都沒有，這家有驚喜。
景觀：面向嶽麓山，夜景不錯。

房間挺寬敞，酒店離坡子街，黃興廣場，太平街都非常近，設施也比較齊全，離地鐵都是在1公里內，出行很友好

馬桶蓋那的污漬洗不乾淨，就換個新的吧，洗漱台兩個燈，有一個是壞的。淋雨也壞了一般。。。。確實能看到江景，並且離各種街都很近，方便打卡逛街

我們這次住在39樓的江景房，對面就是橘子洲，樓下就是坡子街，太方便了，吃喝玩樂都步行就可以。早上7點去火宮殿吃早餐，都大把位置。酒店裡麪還有冰箱微波爐，洗衣機，電磁爐，太方便了。沙發床夠大，可以睡一個人。就是電熱水器稍微麻煩點，不能洗熱水太久

房間設施蠻齊全，挺喜歡的，洗漱用品都是一次性的，每天都會有阿姨清潔，很乾凈，舒適，環境也很不錯，位置屬於市中心，酒店窗外就是湘江橘子洲，遠眺嶽麓山，下面坡子街，出行方便，周邊小吃很多，離五一廣場、國金中心都很近，位置太喜歡啦，前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，有什麼問題會隨時解答，住宿環境也很不錯，很好～
