First, we had stayed at this hotel 3.5 years ago, and it was great. Right off the interstate, lots of restaurants, good rate. I used my points this time. We got to the front desk around 4, and called the front desk number as instructed. No answer. The cordless phone was in its dock. I was able to go into the offices (to check for murdered or wounded) and all was deserted. My husband went in search of someone, anyone to check us in. After about 20 mins, a gentleman showed up, mumbled something about "fixing the...mumbled...." and offered no apology. The hotel was almost completely deserted, but for the possibly homeless lady harassing anyone using the back door. She even bummed a slice of pizza from one nice lady. There was a broken water main at the back of the hotel and an entire hallway filled with old plumbing fixtures. Everything is shabby and dinged up. Glad we brought our own food for breakfast.

We were in a terrible accident on July 18 when our motor home hit a tractor trailer, we were towing a car and both vehicles are write offs. I was taken b y ambulance to Parkridge East Hospital and my fiance had 4 broken ribs. The hotel was decent enough, was not informed upon arrival that the weekend was far more than during the week and they charged $20/day for my little dog. Breakfast was fair, bagels were served but they had no toaster!!! no juice was offered until the weekend. there was no plus in the bathroom yet they had a hairdryer there. There was cigarette burns all over the walls in the bath (non smoking room) and no stopper in the tub. Standing light by chair but no outlet to plu it in. Baby roaches in the bathroom. Staff was ok and location was super.

Oh My, was under a block of rooms for a convention. They had hard time understanding English, finding the reservation. Had to have sheets changed 1st night - dirty. Curtains would not open or close - used safety pin to close. Cards for room had to updated everywhere day (3 out of 5). Curtains has wholes; quilted bed linens had wholes in it. They did change towels everyday. Breakfast small small muffins, cereal somewhat stale. Won't stay again. Asked for luggage rack as was 3 if us - nope thought we wanted rags

This was an old style motel that has been remodeled. Very strong chemical odor but clean. Pool not open. Breakfast was a bit more than standard continental breakfast but not a hot breakfast. Microwave and small refrigerator in the room. No frills.

This is your sign not to book at this hotel. The hotel was disgusting. The pet room looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. There was cigarette butts, trash, dirt and mulch all over the room. Bedding was covered in stains and hair. Found dog poop under the sink vanity. When I first walked into the room and it was hot humid and smelled. The hotel had a first floor side door that did not shut and was publicly accessible and very unsafe. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and especially not a single woman traveling alone. Did not feel safe sleeping here. Doors opened and slammed all night. Dogs started barking at 7 AM. Terrible experience. Cut my road trip short after this stay. Truly appalled and disturbed at how disgusting this hotel was.

Truly one of the most filthy, disgusting experiences I have ever had. My car broke down in Chattanooga on my way from Atlanta to Nashville and I had to spend the night and this hotel was close to the place I was having my car fixed so I stayed here. The room was falling apart, it was dirty, stained, smelly, and crawling with roaches (see pictures). The management did not care. AWFUL!!!

I checked in and sat down at the desk to go over my emails and a roach crawled up on the table. I went to the front desk and told the guy working there and before I could tell him I wanted another room he said “all I can do is change your room” I said that was fine. The next room I got had dirt on the curtains, the carpet had not been vacuumed and while I was watching tv a bug crawled down the wall. It wasn’t a roach just some random bug.

This location is easily located off of interstate. Check in was easy and room requests were particularly met. As has requested a high floor away from elevator. We received the 2nd floor out of 3 all the way down from elevator. Room was spacious, my bed was soft , but I did wake up with my back hurting which tells me that mattress was worn or needed rotated. My Aunt slept fine. The pool looked inviting and clean, but we just didn't use. The breakfast was below sub-par in that the only thing they had hot was waffles. They did have yogurt, oatmeal packs, cereal and individual muffins, bananas and apples. They have complimentary U.S.A Today newspapers daily. This location location appears under a remodeling construction in some areas.

Had to book a room here last minute at 1am, night clerk was friendly & efficient. Hotel is older and it shows, stains on rugs, elevator lagging. Room was overall clean, bed a bit hard for my taste, shower water nicely hot and bathroom clean. Breakfast has a very limited window in the morning so by 9:45am I'd already missed it. Cleaning staff and day clerk very nice. Average hotel, but clean and decent.
